The Kurajo Nº11

The concept of female master brewer is a breakthrough in traditional Japanese sake industry. To promote this new concept, Sakeraku launched a sake collection called “ Kurajo（蔵女）”, a series of 12 sakes produced by 12 female brewers in Japan and invite foreign designer to design wine label. This version is the No.11 of the collection which is produced by Mariko Satoh (26 years old) of Satoh Brewery, it located in Saitama County where surrounded by beautiful nature, she wanted to make sake with a beautiful sense. Therefore a motif represents she makes sake like performing the art of dancing.
